United States (U.S.) and Canada Orders
We accept Visa or MasterCard, checks (US orders only) or money orders (payable in US Funds). Canadian Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including but not limited to delivery costs, customs, and tariffs. Our shopping cart enables you to purchase merchandise by:

• Credit Card online
• Credit Card using FAX
• Check/MO through Postal Mail (US Funds)
• Credit Card through Postal Mail

We accept Visa, MasterCard, certified checks or money orders (payable in US Funds) through the mail. Shipping and handling is based on the merchandise weight. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including but not limited to delivery costs, customs, and tariffs. Please e-mail item numbers, quantity, and your address to We will calculate the shipping and handling costs and e-mail them to you. After you have received the shipping and handling costs, print out the order form, fill it out and mail it to:

Shopping Cart
The on line Shopping Cart is very similar to the shopping cart you use in a physical store. From the Shopping Cart you can:

• Add an item
• Keep shopping
• Proceed to checkout
• Delete items

Your Shopping Cart will hold items until you are ready to check out. You will not be charged for any items until you proceed all the way through the checkout.

Security
Leisure Craft uses a shopping cart that utilizes secure server software (SSL). It's the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Add an item to your Shopping Cart
When you have found an item you want to buy, simply click on the Add to Shopping Cart button and you will add the item to your Shopping Cart. After you have placed the item in your cart, you can choose the Checkout Now or Go Back to Shopping image.

Checkout
When you are ready to checkout press the Go to Checkout Now button, located at the button of the page. You will see all the items in your cart and can review your order. To remove an item from your cart, check the Remove box in the lower left hand corner . To change the quantity of an item, click one of the boxes under adjust quantity here.

To check out press Check Out Now image a the bottom of the screen. You will then be asked if are you a resident of California. Click on the yes or no button. The next screen will ask you to select the appropriate secure order form:

• Order by Credit Card online
• Order by Check/MO through Postal Mail
• Order by Credit Card through Postal Mail

After you have selected how you want to order you will be asked to enter the payment method and shipping formation. The shipping information is the cardholders billing address. Review your order, and then click submit your order (the text is located at the bottom of the page). If you choice to order on line you will see the message:

Your order is complete and you will receive an e-mail to confirm it. If you choose one of the other options the form will display on the screen. You will be asked to please print out the page and add your credit card number if you haven't already, sign on the signature line, and mail the form to Leisure Crafts. You only need to add credit card information if you are using your credit card to pay for the merchandise.

United States and Canadian Shipping
All merchandise shipped within the United States are sent first class mail. Merchandise shipped to Canada is shipped parcel post. Every effort is made to ship items within two working days; however, out-of-stock items may take longer. Our fees are comparable with other mail order companies and represent, collectively, the price we pay for packaging and postage. Please include the correct amount with your order, so it will not be delayed. California Residents must add 7.50% state sales tax. All orders outside of the United States and Canada will be charged shipping based on the merchandise's weight.

Shipping Policy
Packages can not be tracked so delivery cannot be guaranteed. We do not know Customs Entry Laws or Actual Ownership Laws for Countries outside the United States. It's the Customers responsibility to know and abide by them. Therefore there are no refunds for packages that are not delivered.

Return Policy
With today's technology it's too easy to copy patterns and then return them. Because of this all pattern sales are final, and cannot be returned. To insure that each pattern is in excellent condition they are inspected before they are packaged and shipped. If you receive damaged merchandise please contact the carrier.
